I've been working out for 3 weeks now. Eating habbits a great! My BMI is 31 and I'm 43 years old. A former dancer and I've been in the gym 6 days a week for 2 1/2 hrs. 1 hr includes cardio. At this rate, how long will it take to see some results in my arms? Its been awhile but I'm ready for some sexy "guns"
