was stopped at a dui check point given bac 3 times did not fail,told to get out of car told to staind or on leg with foot out count ,told officer have bad hip just came off crutches aprox 2 weeks ago and would try got to count of 30 and told to do again, then had blood taken there on spot,then hand cuffef and taken to cell and finger printed also searched car with out asking,and never once had my questions answered or had my rights read to me,futher more the check point looked like a accident scene there was no warning to even so down, was everything police did and way it was done legal or did i have any of my rights violated?
