Would You Like The Distirbution of Funds to be a ...

Would You Like The Distirbution of Funds to be a Factor for evryone in America, as to use as a tool. Lets say over the age of twenty one and Disabled Persons would get more and Retired Persons also get more.

And what would you say as an opinion and answer reguarding a sale's Tax of One Percent on the Dollar and A half a cent from fifty cents to the Dollar. Also lastly a Tax Percentage withheld from a _Paycheck concerning the State as a state Tax.

Five things are in Question Here they all relate to one junction, and is why this question by David George DeLancey needs opinion. The Presidents seat can't do without it.

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

I think your question is a very wide subject to any interpertation it would be better to ask one at a time if you seperate into a seperate question for all asked and bring them down to the adverage persons level it would get more answers. Yes i get your basic idea but bring this down to earth. To many questions in one please seperate them.
