How can a pill snorting ex get custody of my ...

how can a pill snorting ex get custody of my daughter after she abandoned her at my house for 3 weeks while she lived with 3 people with hepatitis c for three weeks. then the judge orders a drug test which she failed? now I'm 4 or 5 thousand dollars behind in child support even though I've paid it. also, how can she just say that I owe her money for x amount of months and with no proof they say "yes, he does" what is wrong with our judicial system?

Cool Equal justice for All

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

First of all you need an attorney who is on your side as i see this you need a lawyer who works for you. Then you need a new judge to look at this case as it really is not one narrow minded and would a place a child in harms way as he sides wiyh the wife as he should look at the facts of this case and judge it impartial as he is biased on this matter and should not be in the court room. And it sounds to me the reason of the back support is for her drug habbit and she owes some one money big time and now that they got her hooked they want paid on demand. Now you say failed a drug test what is the matter with the judge as that is proof she is unfit to be a mother as your attorney should have locked in on that fact at that time or was he a sleep at the wheel or possably your attorney and your ex had something gowing on between them off the record and you had no idea of that think about it as it is possable. And then it is possable that this case was settled over a drink and out of court between your attorney and the judge. Think about it as it sounds to me as you lost this before it was heard in court as judges and attorneys have a drink with one and anouther this has been done before or a possablebility her attorney and your attorney talked this over along with the judge behind closed doors like in his chambers or at a bar. Fight it and let the facts speak for them selves. But our system needs help as this goes on to often in every state but remember we vote in most in or out of there offices so we can hopefully get the best. But first get an attorney who is on your side man/women who ever as i would look at a women attorney in this case. MY OPENION
