Is juicing really as good for you as everyone says it is?
My boyfriend doesnt like to eat fruits and vegetables... and hates drinking plain water. So he is a meat-and-potatoes kind of guy who drinks a lot of sweet tea...and can tend to get sluggish at times. I wonder if this would help.
(PS: Any appliance recommendations and juice recipes would help if you indeed think that juicing is worth all the hype :)
