Why does Israel trust the U.S. more than they trust God? Don't Jews read the Torah anymore?

Are you stupid?  Why send your stinking advertisement in answer to a serious question?  Perhaps that's what's wrong with the Jews...money before God!

The Torah is a book. Nothing more, nothing less. It's an ancient book, but it's a book written by men, with laws meant for people who died 3000 years ago. I can't see why should we live according to those rules.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
Your basic assuption is wrong: The vast majority of the Israeli jews (I believe it's more than 95%) believe in G-d much more than in the USA......  The USA was a big supporter of Israel until Obama came......   I do hope that the American people still love and support Israel.
Best regards,

Oron, I believe the American Christians love and support Israel more than the American Jews.

Meme, thank you for making my point...Israel is secular.  They may follow the silly "laws" that they think make them pious, but Jesus already made it clear that that's just to no avail.  The haredim are hypocrites of the worst kind.  Real God-loving Jews are hard to find...just like 3000 years ago.  It may be that the Jews "believe" in God, but they are not living for Him or trusting in Him above all else!
