why does any body, especially, a learned (?) president believe any thing the PLO says about anything. They have consistently proven them,selves absolute liars and liers in wait to annhilate a nation when they themselves are the real antagonists with rediculous claims of legitimacy?

If you read the last sentence in the article you referenced, Obama can talk until he is blue in the face, but the Israeli government is not going to bend on certain issues. Jerusalem is one of these issues. There is a need for a two state solution, but as far as I am concerned let them go their way and we will go our way. The PLA has to resolve their internal problems with Hamas before this is to be accomplished and stop blaming Israel all the time for its problems.

Yes. A good answer as well. And I hope that the PLO/PLA can follow such advice and just leave Israel alone (like go back to Syria, maybe?).
