I'm not sure exactly which or what website you are talking aboutbut if the website exists and is active, there are a fw things you can try. Try clearing your browser history and cache, it may be preventing it from loading new content.

Another thing you can do is clear the dns cache, click 'start' menu and select 'run' type 'cmd' and press enter. in the command prompt window, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' with out the ''.
