Great helpful video Eric! Just one thing though, you don't have to 'completely' empty your water heater once a year to maintain ... just until the dirty water looks cleaner. What happens is too many people tie the hose on, empty, walk away for hours then come back to refill. this is both a waist of time, water AND the biggest danger here is that you do not want you powder coated interior to dry once it has been submerged for long periods of time due to expansion and contraction dangers. Many of these heaters become leakers shortly after such a move. Just a thought OK? I'm an avid fan and thanks again for your help/teachings/videos. Tony Sutherland
