You will need to establish some type of drainage system. If you need anything more than gravity to direct the water, I have no experience in that area and cannot help you.
If you need to go thru a curb to end the drain and keep it underground, concrete saws are available from Home Depot's rental department. Be sure to wear a mask if you cut concrete.
