In my downstairs washroom, I can see a small black spot on the ceiling. This spot is surrounded by a larger circle I think is from the soil stack to the upstairs washroom toilet. How can i be sure of what it is and what should i do now?
Cut the ceiling open and look for a slow leak from the stack.
