I would like your help in finding a good hearing aid.

I have a very bad hearing loss and have a lot of different noises going on in my ears is there a hearing aid that can help with this? I am not using on at this moment but i was fitted for one to use as a trial but it just amplefied the sounds but does not make me get the messages and understand clearly what is been said.What can i do?
