1. Talk yourself out of a panic attack. 
During a panic attack, slowly began to talk yourself into calming down. Talk about what is occurring and positively reinforce yourself to relax. Talk about something that makes you happy or a positive situation that you remember vividly. Either route can end anxiety with enough concentration.  
2. Find something to laugh about. 
In the middle of your panic attack, laugh. Think about a joke or funny moment that you had recently and allow laughter to end your anxiety. If you cannot think of a funny moment or joke, let the smiles of people near relax you.  
3. Stop making the situation more difficult than it really is.
We all get nervous when we think a task is unachievable or hard to accomplish. The thought of failure alone can trigger an anxiety panic attack. Remember that no situation is too difficult to conquer, and that anything is possible if you relax and think everything through.  
4. Find a great place to escape to.
If you begin to feel the effects of anxiety, quickly find a calm place to retreat. Use this environment to reflect on conquering and accomplishing anxiety. Let the feeling of conquering your fears motivate you battle your anxiety. 
5. Seek immediate support.
If you sense an anxiety panic attack occurring, call a family member or close friend for support. Talk to them about the cause of your stress and ask them to help you think positively about the situation. 
6. Use a breathing technique to relieve your stress. 
There are many breathing techniques to help a person overcome anxiety. Find on that works for you and that works quickly in stressful moments. 
7. Use the countdown method.
One of the oldest and most effective methods to overcome anxiety is the countdown method. You can try counting to ten, counting to twenty, or counting back down to one from any number. You can also incorporate your breathing techniques to also aid you in dealing with an anxiety panic attack.
