The woman have taken things into their own hands making sure things are being done properly, etc. The groups that have been there longest refuse to do anything on their own time to invest in themselves thus making their jobs eaiser, help the business grow, receive more perks and bonuses which they cannot achieve without improvement, etc. Instead they rather remain silos. This is leadership that will truly make a difference. We know the military approach will not work, We had hoped that responsible adults would be the outcome of this change made in January.
