My hair has never looked this awful!!!

I recently turned 60, and my hair tells a very sad story!!! I keep it short because it is naturally curly. But it has never looked this bad!!! It could have something to do with all of the recent rainy weather here in Austin,Texas. I feel like an old hag all the time!!! It is also gray. I let it go back to its natural color many years ago,because it looked better than when I colored it. I know I desperately need a radical change, but I don't know what to do. I do not have a lot of money to spend on this project, either!!! Can you help me?

Your hair may just need a good treatment to moisturize and clarify it. You might try looking into that.
