Magnetic Vortex Engine? Fixed magnets that are supposed to rotate a shaft with no additional energy input violate all the principles of engineering. It is a lot like "cold fusion" and "antigravity." That and magic potions, snake oil, and other things that are used to separate you from your money.

Trust in what you know, not what some plan salesman claims.
