I recently Installed a new blacktop driveway,approximately 30 foot on the side towards the front lawn had to be raised 14 inches in order level driveway my question how do I make it loock right and safe instead of having a 14 inch drop my thought is to, first put pressurs treated ties along the blacktop to secure it, then put topsoil and srubs to give it a rock garden effect, your idas please
