Valarie, If you examine the history of contact between the white Europeans and the indigenous populations in American, you will find that it is an insolubabe problem. As one who has studied the Lakota Natives, and have had a book published on them, you will find that the South American Indians have the same chance as ours. It is a sad commentary, but true.
