What is going on out there?

Y8B53Y8B3Yhow cbox1an any human being possibly justify that type of beating over something as small as being uncooperative about moving from a set of steps........why didnt the police just fine him for loitering or disorderly conduct?  Why would you beat the pulp out of a defiant teenager beyond recognition?  His own mother could not recognize him...........what does that say?  I hope they sue the police department , based on we the readers , were given all the correct facts to start with.

Life is what you make of it so don´t wait for a free ride, it nevers comes.

If anyone reading this thinks that this is the first time the police have used this tactic then you need to take off the rose colored glasses you are wearing. Granted not all police use this method but there are enough that do. Think on that young man that was raped by police officers with a toilet brush a few years back while he was in jail.Things of this nature happen all the time and the most of them are not reported for fear of worst punishment. Take a tour of a prison in the States and ask a few questions and you will think Guantanamo is paradise, yet no human rights activist worries about what happens in their own back yard. No but let something happen to those poor Mulsin prisoners and they are all up in arms to accuse and scream abuse. This is reality and the real world we live in. It is just another day in our land> We have it all in one, hunger, homeless, abuse, jobless< no medical benefits, recession with no end in sight being run bY nitwits who we beleive will make our life better.

i agree with your opinion, it is sad, it is disgusting, it is outrageous.....................and many people who dont live in this country..........think the u.s. is an attraction?  Although, everything you said is true.........it does not make it right and it is no excuse for it to continue, who is policing the police???? My belief is that the community needs to hold their individual police departments accountable where these tragedies occur.

Your thinking in the right direction but from comminitiy  action is simply not enough because then each comminity could write their own law and this is definitly impossible. If and I say if it can´t be done by  the government then it should be a  State law that police brutality when brought to Justice should carry a prison sentence and that person should never be able to do any kind of police work again. So many times they are given a slap on the hand and thus go back to doing what they did but with more care not to be found out. More screening should be done before men or women are given jobs that require carring weapons be it a gun or shock stick or night stick as there are so many sick people who enjoy infecting pain on others and this is also not done in dept and the ground is always the same, "not enough funds"  We send billions and billions of dollars overseas to feed the hungry, to teach the illerate,to help build back countries destroyed be nature, WAR for oil or other only God knows reasons and our own country, our own people are suffering for it. Think on Katrina and New Orleans. Think on the California fires, Immigration cpsting billions and Americans have to beg for help in their own land. Our Social Security system is getting low and they have the gaul to say it is because we are living longer. How about the money taken out of Social Security to cover other needs and never put back. That you don´t hear about. We worked all our life and paid in and when we think we can have a few years of comfort before we leave this earth, they say we are living to long  Who can afford to get sick in America today except the woman who had the eight babies or people who really are well off. Think about it. Little by little for the last few deckaes they have been changing our way of life and it evidently went unseen and not felt until lately. I could go on and on but alone no one can achieve  sucess. So many people think Obama will bring change but it is not him, it is US that bring the change. Thats seems to have been forgotten along the way.
