Can you freeze pre packaged store bought cookies ...

Can you freeze pre packaged store bought cookies? I love Peggie Lawton Chocolate Chip Cookies, but haven't seen them , since moving to Tennessee. For my birthday, my daughter sent me 36 (3-cookie) packages. They are "sale" dated the end of July and some in August. I can't eat them all right a way. (I could but I can imagine the weight gain.) Can I freeze them? I have a FoodSaver.
