Can a web-based wholesaler be held accountable if they were to infiltrate another website and harass it’s users with unsolicited advertisements?

Is it this website??? I, too, am getting tired of all these Nike advertisements. If there is something Yedda could do to stop them, I hope they will. In my humble opoinion, all of the readers should boycott Nike.
