Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.

There are 3 main manufacturers of jarred mince filling that I'm familiar with. CROSSE & BLACKWELL, (owned by Smuckers) TIPTREE & ROBERTSONS. (both from England)

There may have been other brands that made it in the past, but there isn't a lot of demand for Mincemeat in the U.S. nowadays.
