what to do with overdone noodles
If you only knew how many times I've done that very thing! There isn't enough ice water in the world to save over cooked pasta. I don't like to waste food anymore than the next person, but my dog wouldn't even eat what I had to throw away..but that's it girl...feed the disposal!!!
Overdone pastas and noodles can be saved by using them in a baked dish sincethe oven will cause tem to dry out a bit
Depends how overcooked it is, if it isnt THAT bad make a cassarole or salad with it.

In the Kitchen if someone overcooks a large amount of Pasts, i'd rather use it in a Pasta Bake. Mix it in a dish with pasta sauce or Bechamel with canned tuna and sprinkle top with a mix of Breadcrumbs and Grated Cheese! Tasty. "WASTE NOT!" Sometimes the Best of dishes are come across by making mistakes.
