You should definatley try to make your own bait recipes. I'm having some success with one using cornmeal and Bisquick mixed with egg and milk made in to a dough. Remember cap are intelligent fish and you need to do something different to other anglers.
Also I have been using creamed corn, mixed with peanut butter, Instant Grits, garlic, strawberry jelly and instant mashed potato made in to dough.
