Hi Mr. and Mrs Dolan I am about to start a business seling furniture. I found a space for $ 1000 a month and the square footage is 1700. There are thing that need to be modify. I am not sure if I am getting a good deal. My other question is that I want to use my retirement for start up cost and I am not sure if it is a good idea. Your consultative and professional advise is needed. Thanks so much for helping me with these two questions
