How to eliminate smokey smell from house?

Some eggs boiled dry on the stove and filled the house with smoke - enough to set off the smoke detector...   24 hours later with fans, open windows and an ionizer off and on, there is still some acrid smokey smell. Any tips on how to further disperse this odor?

Grate some lemons,and chop up some pine needles. All natural!

yes, in a pot, boil water and add lots of Vanila extract or vanilla stick, keep it on the stove and boil it for few hours, make sure u dont burn in again, keep adding water to the pot... ;) ;) second way is to boil Coffe beans in the pot. These two items will kill the odor in 2 hours max.
