Does anybody know how to troubleshoot radio shack ...

does anybody know how to troubleshoot radio shack 900 mhz wireless transmitter when i plug in the dc power the power light goes on mometarilly then goes out i can repeat after a few seconds and the same thing it's very frustrating , it's as if a capacitor is discharging than mometrally turns on than back off Anybody point me in the right direction? Model 33-1185

check your internal power supply destribution if you have the correct test equip. My personal preference is anti-radioshack, goodguys, frys, mabe even home depot.
