how secure am I in bankruptcy, I feel so uncomfortable, waiting for agressive creditors, and future lawsuits!!
Are you considering to file bankcruptcy? I don't think you'll feel secure after the bankcruptcy. The only good thing is that the creditors won't be going after you.
You will have problems establishing your credit after this bankcruptcy. Can you not find a job to pay for your bills?
