I have a new water hearer that worked fine for 4 ...

I have a new water hearer that worked fine for 4 months. now it is not heating well i replaced the elements, it did not help. they gave me a new water heater and i still have the same problem. Could my breaker be getting week? when I drained the tank the water coming out was very hot but its not getting to the house.

Somewhere between the water heater and your faucets it sounds like you have a problem. If you have shut off valves they could be closed or clogged. If you have old pipes or galvanized pipe you could have mineral build up inside that is constricting the flow. Or the piping itself could be misrouted.

What is your water flow like with only the hot taps turned on? Is it weak? Is it as cold as the cold tap?
