I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

This site from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention discusses prevention and treatment for H1N1. To be perfectly honest with you, in my particular case because I have Type 1 diabetes I am consider in the high risk group so I am concerned about H1N1, but I am just as concerned about the flu every winter. For this reason I always get a flu shot before the flu season and this has helped me. The problem with H1N1 is that no on knows when a flu shot will be ready.
