Reduce intake of carbohydrates. I've done that and it is really very effective.

Yes, its good way to reduce waste. Although you don't need to go to gym for this purpose just you need is to do running for 30 minutes and see how effective it is. Learn some right ways of doing excercise because doing it in gym in wrong directions can more adversly effect you.

I would say that all these exercises you are doing are those that address the whole body. I think you can replace one of this with some specific exercises for the waist line.

You need carbs for energy so you don't want to completely eliminate them. I would suggest just changing you diet slightly: a lifestyle change. If you eat something small every few hours then it speeds up your metabolism and you stay satisfied. That's how europeans stay so thin! :)

I was almost giving up on diets, because I did not lose any weight, specially in my tommy :(  No matter what.  Then I found this system that made me realize that it was not my fault being fat.

It made sense to me,  since the digestive track is like a pipe, if you don't clean it, it gets clogged!!  So I tried this system, and I can tell you that I have lost 16 pounds, specially in my Tommy area, I feel more energetic and even my skin looks healthy,  and the best part of all,  I have not gained the weight back!!

What I would give for a 29" waist. Have you ever stopped to think that there is a certain point that a 29 or even 30" waist may be the correct siz4e for you. Don't kill yourself trying to become perfect. There is thin and there is too thin, which are you?

Remember to only weight yourself once a week in the morning after you have used the toilet, that is your true weight, you are doing all the right things. Try and boost your metabolism to increase fat burning as well.

Hello

Are you running on the treadmill or just walking?  I recommend running to vacuum the waist. Other than that, cut the saturated fat in your diet. This means no more butter, whole milk, 2% milk, peanuts, pork, fatty beef, cheese, or egg yolks.  Of course, you want to avoid junk food too such as colas, McDonald's, etc.
