have had trouble sleeping for a while now , and i have been getting reguar headaches but i get pain top of eye and by the sides of my head , i have laos been feeling down lately about everything and have no energy to do anything , i feel irrable i feel terre am okay one min then terre the next . i lost my balance in work the the other day . i ache allot , and i feel anxous all the time
am not the most confided person and that is getting me down a bit , i feel like a waste a space , worthiness ,time all these thought are going around my head all the time , and sometime i think it would be best i am not around any more i went to the doctors the other day and he said am just exhausted but am not sure
