Ask Kelly Edwards a question here. We recently redid our floors throughout our rather small home (1550 sq.ft.) in a dark oak. Our interior doors are bright white and the walls are light. My question is what do I do my baseboards in; a dark stain to match the floor or a bright white to match the doors?

If you have base to match the floors then go with the dark, If your base is painted now or is not the same wood then match the doors and door trim.
