I have written before about your constant flailing of hands and arms while speaking. It is not attractive; it adds nothing to your presentation; it makes you look like a high school Tv reporter and it diminishes what you say. Whoever is advising you should tell you the truth and ask you to tone it down. Let the words speak for themselves and be enhanced by the images. Avoid looking like a"Gossip Girl" airhead.
