Have you ever been told that your "breathless" delivery and out - of - control hand flapping is terribily annoying? You do not need to pretend to be flustered and working hard; just say what you have to and get the message across. In acting it is called, "underplaying the role," while what you do is called, "chewing the scenery." Take it from an old pro, when viewers are annoyed they turn off the message as I did.
