I defaulted on a payday loan and are continously recieving calls from an unknowm source stating the government has put a hold on my social security number, is this legal how can I find out?
This sounds like a scare tactic to me as the government has nothing to do with payday loans. The best advice is just to pay back the money and be done with it.
