What herb can I use to replace tarragon
Tarragon has such a unique flavour, I can't really think of any other herb which is similar. If you have to replace it, then just use parsley or a mixture of parsley and thyme....though it won't be the same.

It depends on what your cooking. If its being used on meat,like a roast you can use marjorium and sage. cindy
