Curtis, The potatoes look great, but you are wrong about the type of spuds best for mashing. The redskin and yukon golds have the least amount of solids ergo creamer. Russet Burbanks have the greatest solid content and ergo best for frying and baking. Stanley Friedman

ok im not sure what the question is? but if you are looking for a great potatoe for making potatoe salad then red potatoes and yukon golds are the best for it. and idaho russets make great mashed potatoes,as do butter gold potatoes.
