First you need to configure your wireless broadcast, on your computer which is on your network, type this in your browser, http://192.168.1.1 when prompted for a login and password, enter it, if you dont know it, check your manual, or search google for 'default router password list' once in there click 'wireless' you should be able to find it, it defers per router.
Once configured, click the wireless icon on the itouch and look for your broadcast.
