poliice officers rights when fir i was terminated without a hearing because students where i work took a video of me supposedly sleeping in front of several large dormitories. in this video i am shown sitting upright with my clipboard resting on the steering eheel and my lap, with several male students videotaping the scene. needless to say i was not sleep but in actuality i'd suffered some medical emergency. at no time in the video did i awake to find several students trying to wake me, nor did the studentd call for help. instead they videotaped the scene and left me in that position. should i have been drug and alcohol tested before being terminated and should i have been given a hearing. i work ed on a college university police dept in ohio
