Soap and water is the best way but hand sanitizer is good between washings or in a pinch.

If you want it done and done right the first time do it yourself

warm soapy water is the best using to much hand sanitizer and antibactiarial is not healthy as differant bactiarias will get amune to it and cause a super viris which means you would have to find somthing stronger to fight the new bactiria, kind of like taking medicine regularly have continue rasing you dose hope this helps

Absolutely - plain soap and water.

And let's be perfectly clear; PLAIN soap - NOT antibacterial.

Do not buy or use products with antibacterial agents added. That means you have to pay attention to labels, because that junk has even been added to items such as kitchen linens and sponges!

Jon is 100% correct - all of that 'antibacterial' craze is leading to stronger strains of bacteria; which means that if consumers do not send the manufacturers a message by REFUSING to buy 'antibacterial' products, our fates somewhere down the road will NOT be pleasant.

NEVER BUY ANTIBACTERIAL PRODUCTS, EVER!
