your question is old, but here is the answer....you probably cannot successfully cancel. i tried. i phoned the number originally given upon order, addtional orders were still sent and billed. i actually tracked down an email address and requested cancellation....didn't happen, still got more and billed. I called my credit card customer service line to find out how to contest....they helped. i completed a statement explaining what i'd try to do to stop the order; they did not require me to pay that charge, and they recommended i convert my credit card to a new number so that future billings wouldn't go thru. sounds like this has happened to a lot of people, because they knew exactly how to help me.
