What cake is this?

Hello! My wedding is in 13 days and we want this cake, but I dont know where to find one or what its called. They are sheetcakes at Chinese buffet resteraunts, and they have a transparent brown gel-like top--the ones i've had are coffee/cappuccino flavored. caseydeefritz, Go to the Chinese Buffet restaurant where you saw this cake, and ask the manager where they buy the cakes from. Ask for the phone number of the baker. I am sure the manager will be happy to give you the information. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.
