Hi,
All you need is a blood pressure cuff and a stethoscope.
First, wrap the arm cuff and place the stethoscope on your arm. Second, put some air by inflating the hand bulb and slowly deflate it turning the metal attach on the side of the hand bulb. Third, listen to the pulse in your systolic pressure and look at reading on the cuff. You will hear two different sounds the first sound will be strong will the top systolic number and the second sound lighter will be the diastolic number.
Last, try to repeat your blood pressure reading tree times to average the result.
