how to put air in a completely flat tractor tire( the tire bead isnt lined up and when I try to put air in it,it goes directly out of tire from around the rim.
Get a ratcheting strap. If you do not have any, go to your local hardware store, and get a set. Once you have these, you will use them for everything! See image below.
