How do you adjust idle on 1999 Saturn LS1

I have a 199 Saturn Ls1. How do you adjust the idle on this car? You can put it in gear & it will go by itself without touching the gas pedal at about 20 miles /hr.

it should be a idle screw by the throttle body were the cable hook
