I'm sure this question will help post menopausal women with my situation. My abs were flat before having a myomectomy to remove fibroids but now I have had a stomach budge for the last 10 years. I can't wear anything form fitting without wearing a pany girdle. I generally workout 4-6 days a week (hard), for at least 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours plus 20 minutes in the dry/steam sauna. My routine include running 3-6 miles, weight training, kickboxing, cardio and spin class. Occasionally I run 10ks and 1/2 marathons. I'm a HOT 51 year old, height 5'7", 142lbs of muscle, wearing a size 6 with a belly. It truely won't go awayyyyyy! Please help. I'm getting so exhausted and would love to cut my workouts down to 1 1/2 hours 2-3days a week. I deserve it. Thank you. Cheryl B
