How long have you been taking Miralax? Are you drinking enough water everyday? Do you eat oatmeal and other cereals every day?

Miralax is for constipation. If you are getting constipated while taking it, STOP. See your physician as there may be something more going on with digestive system or you may need a stronger laxative.
