World of Warcraft problems

Ok I'm having a problem with World of Warcraft and I want to know if its my internet.
Whenever I am around a lot of people I lag a lot and sometimes I get kicked off the server and when im in a big dungion like Heroic Nexus if a lot of monsters come after us I might get kicked off the server but I can still talk to the people with voice chat on in the group even when the messege "You have been disconected from the server" is up.
My internet router is the MiFi 2200 from Verizon Wireless and I have 3 computers working off of it and 1 printer.
My computer is a Toshiba Satellite M115.
Windows XP.
