Give me some informations about real wood for flooring cos ii'm not familier with it tell me about using it in a room desgin ( color durability or other properties)

wood flooring looks great if used right-colors are all shadesof natural wood light to dark-depending on the room design would determine if you use natural (light) or mahogany(dark-red cast) or all colors in-between--the new colors are exciting-they come in bright red-green-yellow- purple-you name it it comes in that color--as for care-it takes little care, as you cannot get it to wet, so simple damp dusting most of the time-and a finish every 6mos. or more--so if your daring go for color- if your traditional go for brown- and if your not sure of the design for the room---call a designer-try- dlaynedesign@aol.com--great designer
